OptionHomes publishes statistics about licensed California real estate professionals, computed from public records of closed home sales and state licensing data, together with market statistics and educational content. It is an informational resource — not real estate, legal, tax, or financial advice, and not a brokerage.

Data accuracy

We work hard to keep statistics accurate and current, and we publish our methodology. Still, records can lag or contain errors, and statistics summarize the past — they don't guarantee any agent's future performance. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Verify anything material independently (for licenses, use the California DRE public lookup) before making decisions.

Corrections

If you believe information about you is inaccurate, use the correction process. We investigate verified claims and fix confirmed errors.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, bulk-download, or republish the site's data without written permission.
• Don't use the site to harass any person or to violate any law, including fair-housing laws.
• Don't misrepresent yourself when claiming a profile — claims are license-verified.
