How this site works

Every agent statistic and ranking on this site is computed from verified California closed-sale records — 242,283 sales in the last 24 months across 32,656 ranked agents. Agents cannot pay to change their rank, and every profile has a correction process.

Data standards

Transactions: verified records of closed California home sales (2023–2026) plus current active listings, refreshed monthly.
Attribution: a transaction is credited to the listing agent(s) and buyer's agent(s) of record. Lease transactions are excluded from sale statistics and shown separately.
License data: verify any agent's current license status at the California DRE public license lookup.

What the statistics mean

Closed transactions (sides): closed sales where the agent represented the seller or buyer.
Average days on market (DOM): mean DOM across the agent's closed listings (seller side only — buyer's agents don't control marketing), last 24 months. Compared against the ZIP or city median over the same window.
Sale ÷ list price: average of (sale price ÷ final list price) across closed listings, last 24 months. At or above 100% means homes sold at or above the price the agent set.
Price reduction rate: share of closed listings where the final list price was below the original list price — i.e., the listing had to be cut. A high rate suggests systematic overpricing.
Median sale price / price band: the median and middle-50% range (25th–75th percentile) of the agent's closed sale prices.

How rankings work

"Top agents" rankings score every qualifying agent (≥5 closed sales in the geography, last 24 months) on their verified results — production, speed of sale versus local peers, and how well their pricing holds up. Specialty rankings (fastest-selling, pricing accuracy, fewest price cuts, volume, luxury, rising, most active) use the single metric named on the page, with the qualification minimums stated there. Ranking pages are only published where at least 5 agents qualify.

No paid placement. There is no mechanism — advertising, subscription, referral fee, or otherwise — by which an agent can change their statistics or rank.

Honest limitations

Coverage is currently California; an agent's out-of-state sales, or sales closed outside the covered record systems, are not counted.
Team production recorded under one license can accrue to that individual; new-construction sales teams can show very high counts.
Stats reflect the transaction record as reported; corrections are applied when documented (below).

Every profile on this site is generated from verified transaction records. Claiming is free, takes about 10 minutes, and lets you add a photo and bio, confirm your service areas, set how homeowners can reach you, and get notified when sellers in your markets ask for an agent. Corrections

If a statistic on your profile doesn't match the underlying transaction record, we will re-verify against the source data and correct any discrepancy. A correction request form ships with profile claiming (opening soon) and will be linked from every profile.
