• Agent profile pages display professional, public-record information about licensed real estate professionals, with a correction process.

Information we collect

• Usage data: standard web analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type, approximate region). Used in aggregate to operate and improve the site.
• Information you submit: if you request an agent match, claim a profile, or request a correction, we collect what you provide (such as name, email, phone, and property or license details) to deliver that service.

How we use and share it

• To provide the service you asked for — e.g., connecting you with an agent you chose to be matched with (shared with that agent only, with your consent).
• To operate, secure, and improve the site (service providers such as hosting and analytics vendors, bound by contract).
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Agent profile information

Profiles of licensed real estate professionals are compiled from public records of closed home sales, state licensing data, and agents' own public marketing materials. Publishing truthful, public-record information about licensed professionals is lawful; if something on your profile is wrong, use the correction process and we will investigate and fix verified errors.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request access to, deletion of, or correction of their personal information, and may opt out of any sharing. We honor these requests without discrimination. Submit requests via the corrections page until our contact address is live.

Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us, then delete or de-identify it. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted.
