Why this site exists

Most agent directories rank whoever pays the most. The result: consumers can't tell marketing from performance. We built the opposite — an agent record where every statistic (closed transactions, days on market, sale-to-list ratio, price-reduction rate) is computed from public records of closed home sales and shown with its methodology. If a number is on this site, you can read exactly how it was calculated.

What we will never do

• Sell rankings, badges, or placement. Rankings are computed, not negotiated.
• Route your contact information to an agent you didn't choose.
• Hide the methodology behind the numbers.

Where the data comes from

Agent statistics are computed from public records of closed California home sales (2023–2026) and state licensing data. Profile details such as photos and biographies come from agents' own public marketing and, where an agent has claimed their profile, from the agent directly. Every profile has a correction process.

For agents

Your profile is free — forever. If your numbers are wrong, tell us and we'll fix them. Claiming your profile lets you add your photo, bio, and contact preferences; it never changes your rank.
